Privacy Policy

Logga is an event tracking and alerting service operated by Tild Srls (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. It covers the Logga API, the web dashboard and the Logga iOS app.

What we collect

Account data. Your email address and display name, and a salted hash of your password. We never store your password itself.

Event data you send us. When you or your systems call the Logga API, we store the payload you send: the channel, event name, level, timestamp, and any metadata or actor information you choose to include. We do not inspect or interpret this beyond what is needed to display, search and aggregate it for you.

Device tokens. If you enable notifications, we store the Apple Push Notification token for that device so alerts can reach it.

Operational logs. Standard server logs — request paths, status codes, timestamps and IP addresses — kept for security and debugging.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your data, or share it with data brokers.
  • We do not track you across other apps or websites.
  • We do not serve advertising, and there is no advertising SDK in the app.
  • We do not use your event data to train machine learning models.

You control what you send

Logga stores whatever you put in an event payload. If your events include personal data about your own users, you are the data controller for it and we process it on your behalf. Please only send what you need — Logga works perfectly well with opaque identifiers instead of names or email addresses.

Deleting your data

You can delete individual events and channels at any time from the app or the dashboard. You can delete your entire account from the iOS app under You → Delete account. Deleting your account permanently removes your projects, channels, events, API keys and alerts. Workspaces you share with other people are not deleted; only your membership is removed.

Backups are retained for up to 30 days, after which deleted data is gone from those too.

Sub-processors

We use a small number of third parties to run the service: a cloud hosting provider for the API and database, Apple for push notification delivery, and an email provider for transactional email such as password resets. We do not share your data with anyone else.

Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS. Passwords are hashed with scrypt. API keys are secret credentials — treat them like passwords, and rotate them from the dashboard if one is ever exposed.

Your rights

If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to access, correct, export or erase your personal data, and to object to processing. Most of this you can do yourself in the app; for anything else, email us and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

Logga is a developer tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If we make a material change to this policy we will update the date at the top and notify account holders by email.
