Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 August 2026

These terms govern your use of Logga, operated by Tild Srls. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Logga receives events you send to its API, stores them, and shows them to you through a web dashboard and an iOS app. It can also send you push notifications about those events.

Logga is currently in beta. Features may change or be removed, and the service is provided without an uptime guarantee. Please do not rely on it as your only alerting system for anything critical.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password and API keys secret, and for everything done with them. Tell us promptly if you think a credential has been exposed; you can revoke and reissue API keys yourself at any time.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use Logga to store or transmit unlawful content.
  • Do not send special categories of personal data (health, biometric, political or religious data, and similar) through the API.
  • Do not attempt to access other customers’ data, probe the service for vulnerabilities without permission, or disrupt it for others.
  • Respect the published rate limits. Sustained abuse may result in throttling or suspension.

If you find a security issue, please report it to [email protected] rather than disclosing it publicly. We will not pursue good-faith research.

Your data

You keep all rights to the data you send. We use it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it at any time.

Availability and retention

During beta there is no service level agreement. We may apply storage and retention limits to keep the service healthy; if we introduce a retention window that would affect your data, we will tell you before it applies.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the iOS app. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will normally give notice and a chance to fix the problem first, unless the breach is serious.

Disclaimer and liability

Logga is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law, and the courts of Italy have jurisdiction over any dispute — without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available where you live.
